Mumbai: Senior journalist Dr. Mayur Parikh has been conferred with the prestigious Devrishi Narad Patrakarita Award 2026, recognizing his outstanding contribution to Indian journalism, his scholarly approach to media ethics, and his impactful work across national and regional platforms.
Dr. Parikh, who has reported for reputed national media houses including Zee News and ABP News, has built a distinguished career marked by integrity, depth, and fearless field reporting. Over the years, he has covered more than 25 major elections, demonstrating exceptional command over political journalism, public policy, and ground reportage.
Currently serving as the Editor of News Continuous, Dr. Parikh also leads the journalist community as the President of the Digital Media Journalist Association, where he plays a key role in strengthening digital journalism, training young reporters, and promoting ethical media practices.
